The flavor of the Dover sole is mild and sweet, elusive and enticingly different from more mundane white fish species.

Arid Club Dover Sole is slowly cooked and basted until it falls off the bone. We serve it with classic brown butter with a hit of lemon –perfect for bringing out the succulent flavor of the fish. And we serve your Dover Sole  with roasted sweet onions, and seared fingerling potatoes. To top it off, you’ll appreciate the presentation as your server fillets your Dover Sole at the table.
