Local oyster mushrooms sautéed with garlic, shallot, white wine and herb butter, served on brioche toast and topped with a local free range poached egg

Cage free chicken thigh marinated in buttermilk, fried until crispy, served with mashed potatoes, local vegetable of the day and chicken gravy

Thursday – Club Night
Arid Club classic prime rib or salmon served  in house or to-go.  Please make your reservation by Wednesday, June 16th by noon.

Friday – Father’s Day BBQ
