New Zealand lamb rib chops served with Romanesco and minted peas

Tuesday – Chicken Marsala $26

Free range chicken breast, sautéed local oyster mushrooms topped with a creamy Marsala wine sauce, served with garlic linguini

Wednesday – Polenta and Ragu $26

Creamy polenta topped with a house made prime grade beef ragu and Parmigiano-Reggiano

Thursday – Club Night

Arid Club classic prime rib or halibut served  in house or to-go.  Please make your reservation by Wednesday, November 11th

Friday – Surf and Turf $40

Pan seared prime rib topped with three beer battered prawns, choice of side and daily local vegetable
