Chris Harding is a native of Buffalo, New York (Go Bills!), and has spent significant time in South Florida and New York City. He is currently the Director of Youth Ministry at St. Michael’s Episcopal Cathedral in downtown Boise, Idaho.
Chris has a BA in History and Comparative Religion from Nyack College (2012) and an M. Div from the General Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church (2020). Apart from parish ministry, he has worked for the Episcopal Church’s Office of Government Relations, Covia (a network of Senior housing communities in the Bay Area) and as Episcopal Chaplain for Global Spiritual Life at NYU.
When not working, Chris can be found with a good book, cooking, walking the dog, or learning to paint. He also loves chess, gin rummy, and skeeball.
Andrew McKenzie moved from his native New Zealand to New York City in 2012 to join the city’s bubbling tech scene. He’s worked for a number of companies from tiny startups to behemoths like Google and Spotify. He’s held engineering, lead and management roles, but his passion will always lie in crafting web experiences that make people smile.
Boise has been home since March, when a breakneck packing adventure saw him escape NYC just as it was entering lockdown so his husband Chris could start his new role as Director of Youth Ministry at St Michael’s Episcopal Cathedral.
Idaho reminds him a lot of his homeland, with its vistas, outdoor way of life, and friendly people. There’s a good chance you’ll bump into him wandering along a hiking track, squinting into his camera, or tumbling down Bogus’s trails while figuring out how to ski.
He was first out at last Tuesday’s poker night, but is determined to win his money back in the tournaments to come.
